Excellent staff and spacious accommodations
During our family stay, the staff was always helpful and friendly, responding quickly to our needs, making for a pleasant trip. The Executive One-Bedroom Suite was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. The numerous pools provided a great way for the kids to unwind after a day at the parks. However, we found the location a bit far from some attractions, requiring a little more travel time than expected.

We had a lovely time with the kids enjoying the heated pool and relaxing in the garden area. There were plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun as well. Just a heads-up, the carpet in our room could use a good deep clean but it didn't ruin our fun overall! 😊

The suite was spacious and well-appointed, making meal prep a breeze with a fully stocked kitchen. Four pools provided ample relaxation and fun without overcrowding. However, the Wi-Fi was down for half our stay, which was disappointing, and the kids' play structure, while new, could use more size options.

We enjoyed our stay and hit up Universal Orlando Resort and Disney Springs. The pools were awesome, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Don't miss the on-site amenities like the miniature golf course and the scheduled transport to attractions!
Had some issues with customer service. We called ahead for a pack n play and washer/dryer but ended up with a broken pack n play and no washer/dryer. The long wait times were frustrating.

Enjoyed the spacious executive two-bedroom suite with a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. The convenience of multiple pools, especially the quiet one we liked best, offered a relaxing atmosphere after long days at the parks.
Some quirks turned up during our stay—there was a musty smell in the room that didn’t quite sit right. Also, the furniture felt outdated and in need of a refresh, while the appliances were a bit finicky at times. Finally, I noticed a need for better noise insulation. we could hear the neighbors a little too well for my taste.

Had a great time with the family at this place. The staff were fantastic and cute, they really made us feel at home.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
